Shipping Policy: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.
Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. We use UPS as our primary delivery service; however other carriers (i.e., USPS, many common carriers, etc.) may be used if appropriate for a particular order.
Cancellation Policy
Cellnorth Electronics Corp. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report to our Customer Service team at service@cellnorth.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
